We quote a fixed price per project based on hours of coverage, number of locations, and what you need delivered. No hourly overages, no surprise line items. You'll have the full number in writing before you commit anything.
How many photographers will be on site?
One photographer for most events, which keeps things calm and unobtrusive. For multi-track programmes or anything above roughly 200 guests we'll recommend a second shooter, and that's built into the quote upfront rather than added later.
What if our event runs long?
We plan for it. Programmes drift, and we'd rather stay for the closing remarks than pack up mid-toast. Extra time is agreed on the day at a rate you'll already know from your quote.
